How do I get started and how long does it take?
Simply contact us at 800-316-7660 and a US CardSource representative will asist you and answer all of your questions. We can have your program operational in just 5-7 business days.
Do I require any additional hardware or software to utilize the program?
No, we provide a secure online back office system where you can enroll employees, fund the card accounts, print reports, and much more. We can arrange an online demonstration of our back office at your convenience.
Do I need to have a payroll processor to participate?
No, a payroll processor is not a requirement but if you currently utilize a processing company for your payroll we can work with any payroll processor.
Are there a minimum number of employees required to use your program?
No, our modular platform can accommodate participation for both small employers and those with thousands of employees.
Are employees without bank account eligible to recieve a card?
Yes, our program was designed with the awareness that many employees do not have banking relationships. All unbanked employees recieve a card.
How do I fund the employee card accounts?
Each card account has a routing and account number that you can add to your current direct deposit file for your payroll so there are no extra processes necessary. We also provide the option of same day pay in real time through our back office system.
Can I integrate the enrollment and payment process through an existing web site?
Yes, we can provide API functionality that will allow you to send real time automated payee enrollment and funding requests to our system.
